About
A Calm Space to Explore
"Therapy that moves at your pace, with curiosity, compassion and respect for your unique experience."
I bring a calm, regulated and steady presence to our work together, creating a space you can return to, no matter where our exploration takes us. Through the therapeutic relationship, I hold a contained space that supports safety, reflection and healing, allowing you the freedom to explore your experiences with openness.
There's something unique about the therapeutic relationship. It offers the opportunity to feel deeply seen and understood, while gently exploring your inner world with curiosity, attunement and care.

After discovering my own neurodivergence and experiencing the healing that came with understanding myself more deeply, I felt drawn to supporting others on their own journey. As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring both personal understanding and professional experience, offering deep acceptance and respect for your unique way of being and processing.
Together, we'll explore what it means to build a life that works for you, rather than trying to fit yourself into a world that wasn't designed around your needs.

How I Work With You
My practice is trauma-informed and grounded in a humanistic approach, with the therapeutic relationship at the heart of our work. I focus on what is happening in the here and now, while making space to explore patterns, experiences and relationships as they emerge.

As a neuro-affirming therapist, I work with people who are self-diagnosed, diagnosed, misdiagnosed or unsure, recognising that everyone's experience of neurodivergence is different. We might use tools to explore sensory profiles, special interests, executive functioning, autistic burnout or meltdowns, and develop personalised strategies that support your everyday life.

My professional experience has also shaped the way I work. I have years of experience supporting students in further education and have worked administratively alongside clinical psychologists conducting neurodevelopmental assessments. I have completed additional training in online practice, therapeutic assessments, and working with a neuro-affirming lens.
Exploring
Beyond Words
I have a particular interest in the connection between mind and body, and in the ways we can come to understand ourselves through what we feel as well as what we think.

Sometimes words are not enough. Creative and embodied approaches can offer another way into our experiences, whether that's through movement, art, clay, sand or simply noticing what is happening within the body.

My interest in spirituality also shapes the way I think about healing and the different ways we make sense of ourselves and our place in the world.
